World Summit on the Information Society (2)

I’ve created proper HTML versions of the Word documents I was complaining about before:

• WSIS Draft Plan of Action
• WSIS Draft Declaration of Principles: Building the Information Society: a global challenge in the new Millennium

These versions include id attributes for almost all sections and paragraphs (view the source to find them). This is one of the reasons why publishing documents as proper HTML is such a good idea: Using these id’s you can link directly to section c7 paragraph 22 sub c just by adding #7par22c to the end of the URI. Try doing that with a Word document.
